General Project Management is the course for all employees who work in the state with cross-functional tasks and projects. This course provides you with a fundamental project toolkit to manage your project effectively. You will also develop and train your project leadership skills to motivate your project team and create a sense of ownership for your project. Additionally, you will gain the tools needed to lead the changes required by the project.

General Project Management is structured as a comprehensive course consisting of 4 modules, including a final written exam and a practical exam. The modules are interconnected in terms of learnings and themes, so it is recommended to choose a course where you can participate in all the modules.

The course format alternates between short theoretical presentations, group work, practical exercises, reflection, and exchange of experiences. Additionally, there will be e-learning and homework. Participants should expect 4-6 hours of homework and preparation for each module.

• Module 1: 3 days: Get the project under control
• Module 2: 2 days: Leadership and facilitation of the project group
• Module 3: 2 days: Change management and managing conflicts
• Module 4: 1 day: Practical exam

• General Project Management is the fundamental project management training in the state. The training is aimed at everyone who deals with projects or project-related tasks on a daily basis within the state.
• The course is suitable for both the inexperienced, upcoming project manager and the slightly more experienced project manager who wants to strengthen their toolbox and acquire the 'project language'.
• Whether you hold the title of project manager, sub-project manager, coordinator, or facilitator, you will benefit from General Project Management.

Remember to provide the 'EAN number' when registering.

A valid EAN number must be provided at the time of registration. We use the EAN number to invoice your authority for the course. If you do not know your authority's EAN number, you can get assistance from your HR or finance department. Without an EAN number, your registration will not be valid.

The current and updated prices and terms are listed on campus. The terms are determined by the framework agreement between Agency for Public Finance and Management and Implement Consulting Group and cannot be deviated from.

The course fee includes an optional online exam (800 DKK) and a practical exam (2,750 DKK) on day 8 of the course. If you prefer to take no exams or only one exam, please inform kursus.staten@implement.dk when registering.

If you are enrolled in a course, you can freely cancel your registration up to 20 working days before the course starts.
For cancellations made 10-20 working days before the course starts, 50% of the course fee will be charged.
For cancellations made less than 10 working days before the course starts, 100% of the course fee will be charged.
In case of no-show without timely cancellation, 100% of the course fee will be charged.

Cancellations must be made in writing to the course administration at kursus.staten@implement.dk.
The email should include your full name as well as the title and start date of the course from which you wish to cancel

The course is primarily intended to be attended in person. In exceptional cases, the Agency for Public Finance and Management may decide that the teaching will be converted to virtual instruction.
