Half Double Practitioner

On this course, you will apply the methodology to your own project, combining traditional and agile principles in your deliverables.

You will deepen your understanding of the methodology’s three core elements while exploring local translation, a key aspect of successful project implementation.

 

The course will strengthen your knowledge of the Half Double methodology, focusing on your experiences and reflections related to your own project.

Emphasis on local translation and how to practically apply the core elements and tools to achieve the desired impact.

 

After the course, you will be able to:

• Work practically with Half Double in your own project.
• Tailor the Half Double methods and tools to your organisation.
• Use the methodology to manage uncertainty and actively engage your project team.
• Implement Local Translation in your organisation and leadership approach.
• Deliver impact in projects within significantly shorter timeframes.

 

You have already completed the Half Double Foundation course and wish to further develop your understanding and practical experience with the Half Double methodology.

During the Boost and Practitioner Class training, you are expected to test the methods on your own project and document your practical experiences.

 

As part of the Half Double training, you have the opportunity to become a certified project manager in Half Double.

Upon completion of the Practitioner training, you will be formally prepared to take the Half Double Practitioner certification, which is conducted online through the official examination provider, APMG.

The Practitioner certification involves a one-hour dialogue with a certified assessor, based on your documented experiences with the methodology. 

To achieve the Half Double Practitioner certification you must have gained experience from using the method in practice and have documented your learnings.

The certification is included in the course price.
