Half Double Foundation

The course consists of three days of Foundation training, during which you will learn how to apply the core elements of the Half Double methodology – impact, flow, and leadership – to achieve greater results in less time for your projects. Centred around real-life projects, you will apply the theory in practice during the course, equipping you with both theoretical knowledge and practical tools to implement the methodology in your daily work as a project manager.

You will meet trainers with first-hand experience with the methodology and practical experience with applying the tools in projects both in the private and public sector. 

The course strengthens your understanding of the Half Double methodology and, more importantly, how it can be applied to increase early impact and the overall success rate of your projects.

To achieve a Half Double Foundation certification, you must pass a multiple-choice test on the last day of the course. The certification is included in the course price.

The Foundation exam consists of 40 questions, of which you must answer 28 correctly to pass.

After completing the Foundation course, you may choose to continue with Half Double Practitioner, which offers a deeper focus on applying the Half Double methodology.
