Facilitation and Process Design

About the course

The course will provide you with an overview of various process methods and is designed to ensure that you can apply these methods directly in your own practice across a wide range of tasks.

At the same time, you will gain insight into your own strengths and challenges and learn how to use your bodily intelligence to support your personal leadership as a facilitator.

As part of the course, you will receive a personalized Whole Brain – HBDI® profile, which maps your personal preferences and thought patterns while also giving you a better understanding of how others think and act. Our thinking preferences significantly influence our behavior, including how we approach problem-solving and collaboration.
